Class Options:

Parent Tot Tumbling- Ages 18 mos-3 yrs This class will introduce basic tumbling skills like rolls, handstands, balance, and more! Focus on fun! Parent participation required.

Tot Tumbling Class- Ages 3-5 This class will introduce basic tumbling skills like rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and more! Lots of fun! Lots of learning.

INTRO 1 Tumbling- ages 5 (kinder) & up for students just beginning. We will focus on mastering handstands, cartwheels, and backbends

INTRO 2 Tumbling- ages 5 (kinder) & up for students that have mastered all Intro 1 skills. We will focus on mastering front and back walkovers, roundoff, and handstand forward roll.

BHS 1 Tumbling- ages 6 & up This class will focus on back handsprings, round-off back handsprings, and front walkover passes. Must have intro 1 and 2 skills.

BHS 2 Tumbling- ages 6 & up This class will focus on standing 2 & 3 back handsprings, round-off 2 & 3 back handsprings, and specialty passes. Must have intro 1 and 2 skills, as well as handspring 1 skills.

TUCKS Class- This class will work on front and back tucks. Must have a back handspring series (3) WITHOUT SPOT as well as all other intro and BHS skills to join this class.

LAYOUTS Class- This class will work on advance skills like lay-outs and combination passes. Must have a round-off, back handspring, back tuck WITHOUT SPOT to join this class.

FULLS Class- This class will also be for those working on twisting skills and all specialty to full and double fulls.

NINJA 1 CLASS- ages 5 & up Boys & girls. IT’s all about agility, strength, coordination, and having FUN!! Students will learn basic tumbling skills as well.

XTREME CHEER- Ages 5 &up. 8 week performance team. Students learn a routine that includes stunts, tumbling, jumps, and dance. ONLY $100 and includes t-shirt, bow, and a performance! Practice 1 hour a week!

SCHOOL CHEER TUMBLING CLASS-This class is for Middle School and High School chearleaders only. It is an ALL LEVEL tumbling class.

CHEER TRYOUT PREP CLASS- 6 weeks $100- 6^th grade and up! This class is intended to get you ready for school cheer tryouts. Includes mock tryout with judge’s feedback! Begins 1/30 ($10 discount for currently enrolled students)
